Training Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all training courses provided by Creek View Solutions.

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality, interactive learning experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations by Participant

  • More than 7 days before the course start date: Full refund

  • 3 to 7 days before the course start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 3 days before the course start date: No refund

Rescheduling

  • Participants may reschedule to a future course date at no additional cost if requested at least 3 days in advance

  • Requests made within 3 days of the course may be accommodated at our discretion

Substitutions

A substitute participant may attend in place of a registered participant at no additional cost.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Cancellation by Creek View Solutions

In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and actively participate in exercises. To ensure a productive learning environment, attendees should join sessions on time and be prepared to engage with course materials.

Recording Policy

Training sessions are not recorded. Participants are encouraged to take notes and retain provided materials for future reference.

Use of Training Materials

All training materials are provided for personal use by registered participants only. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reused without prior written permission from Creek View Solutions.

Training Environment Access

Access to the training environment is provided for the duration of the course. Participants are expected to use the environment solely for course-related activities and in a responsible manner.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to a supported web browser. Access details for the training environment will be provided prior to the course.

Supported browsers include the latest versions of:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

A modern desktop or laptop computer is required. Tablets and mobile devices are not recommended due to the hands-on nature of the training.

For the best experience, a dual-monitor setup is recommended but not required.

Privacy

Information collected during registration is used solely for course administration, communication, and the improvement of training services. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Creek View Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues, connectivity problems, or other circumstances outside of our control that may impact participation.
